Mechanic Mark! Let me tell you, he WILL figure out the problem. I took my jeep to 3 different people to have them tell me what was going on in rear end, NOT ONE OF THEM COULD FIGURE IT OUT! Mark gets it apart and sent me a video and lo and behold that man figured it out! The noise I was hearing was my parking break continuously grinding away! THANK YOU MARK! They are very informative and they let you know what’s going on at all times! Jamie is a great teacher as well!
